Set of 4 Henning Kjaernulf Danish Mid-Century Dining Chairs
A set of four Danish midcentury dining side chairs by designer Henning Kjaernulf, well-renowned for his iconic farmhouse-inspired carved oak furniture designs, c. 1960s. These charming Provincial chairs feature low sculpted backs, an upholstered version of his "Razorblade" chair backs, elevating them beyond the Primitive to a higher caliber of style and functionality. Finely crafted with sturdy oak frames and period striped wool upholstery with nailhead trim detail. A handsome balance of traditional antique inspiration with a Scandinavian Modern twist. No apparent labels.
