Store Policies

Store Policy and Returns:

All vintage sales are FINAL. All Instagram sales are FINAL. Tiger Oak Brooklyn does not offer returns and all merchandise is sold as is. Please measure your space and ask as many questions as necessary. We are always happy to send more photos, videos, or details. We strive to sell vintage in as best condition as possible. Some vintage pieces show signs of wear that are consistent with age. The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and are sold as is.

Sold items MUST be picked up within 5 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with Tiger Oak Brooklyn. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee.

Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned property and will be donated. 

Purchasing + Holds: 

We do not hold items. An issued invoice does not place an item on hold. An item is not sold until we receive payment. 

Please send your email address to get an invoice! First to pay gets it!

Shipping: 

If you are ordering oversized items and furniture online, please email for shipping quote before purchase. Shipping is not included at checkout on oversized items but can be coordinated. Please reach out for quotes from us before purchasing as third party shippers will be needed and prices vary based on item size and delivery distance.  

Pickup & Delivery:

We offer free local pickup at both our Brooklyn and Germantown locations. If a desired item is at one location but you'd like to pick it up at the other, please let us know and allow extra time for us to transfer the item. Please note: this is not possible with certain oversized items.

We are happy to offer free local delivery for certain pieces within our delivery range. Delivery is not included with a furniture purchase unless otherwise specified on the product page. For larger pieces or locations outside of our range, we are happy to recommend third party delivery companies we have previously worked with who are affordable and insured. Please note: Delivery companies are not affiliated with Tiger Oak Brooklyn. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. 

Man With a Van is recommended if you need a COI.
