19th Century Danish Empire Chest Of Drawers

A very lovely Empire chest with three drawers in mahogany with satinwood inlays of resting lion and foliage. Denmark, circa 1815. This uniquely Danish design in regard to scale, proportion and style has a fresh and Classic feel. The inlays are beautifully-executed. Has a French-polish finish. Makes a wonderful end table or nightstand.
