These impressive & iconic explosion proof lamps were manufactured by VEB Leuchtenbau Wittenberg. They were mainly used in military and chemical plants. These lamps, made from aluminum & glass, were designed & destined to be explosion- splash- and dustproof. Either vertically mounted on a wall, or hanging from the ceiling, this lamp is a stunner! German Made in the 1950s.
