This very rare survivor or the early years of the 20th century was purchased in France at the Paris Flea market and remains in very good condition for being approximately 100 years old. Designed as an Industrial answer, the can has been made of split steel wire that was formed in a press from sheet metal split and wrapped into a crimped top and bottom ring set with a stationary liner at the bottom.
